Ideal for any painter who would like to receive feedback from an experienced instructor and work independently in a studio setting. This class is open to anyone who has previously participated in the 'Introduction to Oil Painting' series. Instruction will focus on individual needs and offer demonstrations of feedback methods, approaches, and techniques associated with brush handling and oil paint application. This class is suitable for new and practiced oil painters.

Students are encouraged to work from observation or to use objects from life. However, you are welcome to bring in a photo reference as well. Hands-on practice at your own pace with class discussions, group critiques, and one-on-one instruction.

Materials: Bring your own supplies. (Note that oil painters must use odorless mineral spirits). Easels, drop cloths, tables, and chairs are provided. Still life objects are available for use.
